DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

Our staff includes professional engineers, engineers, CADD technicians, construction layout engineers and administrative staff. Many of which have been with the Pearson and Brown team for more than 20years.

PBA’s staff size allows for Partner involvement throughout the entire development process. Our design philosophy is centered on a team-oriented approach to land development, where we specialize in site design and water resources engineering. We work with consultants specializing in their respective areas of the design team – architecture, planning, surveying, traffic, fiscal impacts, soils, wetlands, environmental, archeological, hydrogeology, structural and landscape architecture. This philosophy has served our firm well as many of our private clients have been doing business with the firm for over 40 years. Due to our rich history and experience we believe that we are able to serve our clients with designs and solutions that reflect a heavy emphasis on efficiency, accuracy and relevance.
