PBA has had the opportunity to service both local and national homebuilders, commercial developers and municipal clients in all phases of land development.  PBA provides topographic mapping, feasibility studies (site constraints analysis), preliminary engineering, final engineering design, stormwater and floodplain management design, construction layout, designated erosion control inspections, record drawings, construction coordination and site management. We also provide permitting services at all levels of government including NPDES permitting for construction site stormwater discharges (design and preparation of soil erosion and sediment control plans and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans). PBA strives to design comprehensive stormwater management systems incorporating Low Impact Development techniques and Best Management Practices to the extent practical and permitted to prevent and mitigate impacts associated with the construction and long-term operation of the stormwater management systems within the development. We work integrally with the land planner at an early stage to develop land plans that are conservation oriented and cost effective from a construction standpoint
